The whole club community is so proud of our young Sunday Turf side who went down narrowly today in their Semi Final vs Hawthorn Boorondara.

The boys fought all day to set a total and then defended it brilliantly. In the end, a very experienced opposition passed us with an over to go and 5 wickets in hand.

Well done to skipper Tommy Harrington who led the boys all season. For many it was their first season of Senior cricket and one thing is for sure, the future is bright at AWCC!

We now turn our attention to Tuesday nights T20 GRAND FINAL. Game starts at 5:15pm sharp at Mulgrave Reserve. Allow time for traffic and let’s ensure a huge AWCC crowd is there to make plenty of noise and support the boys!
