Copies of the Annual Report will be available online prior to the AGM or by request to the Presidents at the addresses noted above.
If you either do not wish to, or are unable to attend the AGM, you can keep up to date with what’s happening at the Club at the Ashburton Willows website, via Team App and Facebook.
Any Club members wishing to supply proxies should ensure they are provided to a Committee member before the commencement of the meeting.
Any Club members wishing to nominate or be nominated to be a Committee Member can obtain a nomination form by emailing tim.murphy@oohmedia.com.au
