The AWCC Committee has decided to postpone the AGM and run it at the start of the Presentation Event on Sunday 22nd May (in person rather than on zoom). We hope this encourages all club members to come along and catchup on all things that are happening across our club community and to also celebrate the great season that was 2021/22.

This is to advise that the Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of Ashburton Willows Cricket Club will be held as follows;

Format: This year’s AGM will take prior to the Senior Presentation event Auburn Bowls Club.

1.3 Presidents Report on season 2021/22
1.4 Club Financial Report for 2021/22

Copies of the Annual Report will be available online prior to the AGM or by request to the Presidents at the addresses noted above.

If you either do not wish to, or are unable to attend the AGM, you can keep up to date with what’s happening at the Club at the Ashburton Willows website, via Team App and Facebook.

Any Club members wishing to supply proxies should ensure they are provided to a Committee member before the commencement of the meeting.
