This is to advise that the Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of Ashburton Willows Cricket Club will be held as follows;

Time: 7:30pm
Location: ZOOM – Details will be shared on TeamApp and Facebook closer to the time

AGM Agenda items are:

1. Ordinary Business
1.1 Confirmation of the minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting
1.2 Presentation of Annual Report for 2022/23
1.3 Presidents Report on season 2022/23
1.4 Club Financial Report for 2022/23
1.5 Election of Committee Members

2. Special Business
2.1 General business

Copies of the Annual Report will be available online prior to the AGM or by request via email to timmurphy1181@gmail.com

If you either do not wish to, or are unable to attend the AGM, you can keep up to date with what’s happening at the Club at the Ashburton Willows website, via Team App and Facebook.

Any Club members wishing to supply proxies should ensure they are provided to a Committee member before the commencement of the meeting.

Any Club members wishing to nominate or be nominated to be a Committee Member can obtain a nomination form by emailing timmurphy1181@gmail.com
